  • What documents do I need to bring to my appointment?

    Bring what medical records you have, if any, and leave the rest to us. In most cases, clinic notes, hospital papers, ER discharge papers showing your diagnosis will be just fine. MRI / CT reports and evidence of seriuous injury/ surgeries / procedures are also very helpful.   • What is the process of getting a medical marijuana card?

    After reviewing your medical history and evaluating your specific situation, Dr. Kittell will decide if you qualify for medical marijuana. If you are qualified, he will sign a physician's certification letter that you then use to apply for your medical cannabis card to the Arkansas Department of Health.

  • When does the physician certification expire?

    The physician certification is valid for 30 days. If a patient gets a certification and fails to submit it to the ADH within 30 days, they must get a new certification.

  • How long is my ID card valid?

    Your registry identification card from the Arkansas Department of Health will be valid for one year from the date it is issued OR the amount of time designated by the physician.
